Ideally, you will have experience supporting students with a range of additional needs such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health needs. The ability to build positive relationships and create a calm, inclusive learning environment is essential. We're looking for someone who can adapt support to meet individual needs, work closely with teachers and the SENCO, and help deliver tailored interventions both in and out of the classroom.
