Your key responsibilities will include:
8. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
9. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
10. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
11. Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
12. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
13. Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
14. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
15. Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
16. Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
17. Complying with Health and Safety regulations
