About Vyta Health
Founded in 2009 Vyta Health is a leading, independently owned distributor of US branded vitamins and supplements across Europe and number 1 reseller of US brands on Amazon Europe. With distribution centre's in both the UK and the Netherlands, Vyta Health employs a team of over 50 people. Our mission is to improve wellbeing across Europe by supplying high quality vitamins, supplements, and wellness products that meet our customers' needs.
Vyta Health are looking for someone to join our Warehouse Team and wish to appoint a Website Manager. This job is for 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday and will be based in our Driffield, UK office.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Maximise CR% and AOV, improve the user experience and optimize product sell through across our customer facing websites to achieve DTC sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trade the website effectively to ensure D2C sales targets and product sell through is met.
* Optimising UX through:
o Understanding the journeys and friction points through surveys and analytics.
o Continually improving product attribution, navigation and filtering.
o Recommending, managing and testing website developments that improve both CR% and UX.
* Be responsible for the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) programme
* Search & merchandising improvement and management.
* Providing key website analysis for Head of eCommerce. Monitoring and analysis of product, stock and site performance.
* Ensure website content, homepage and categories are aligned with marketing comms, seasonal product trends and stock availability.
* Trade website through pricing and offer testing: cross-sells, up sells and order building
* Work with Content Manager to optimise product data.
* Project manage small to mid-sized website projects.
* Tailoring trading strategies and UX for regional markets
About you:
Experience:
* 7+ years of commercial website management in DTC environment.
* Demonstrable experience of managing medium size website projects.
Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of website analytics and reporting.
* Strong understanding of website trading levers and experience of utilising tools to improve.
* Strong knowledge of search and merchandising.
* Stock reporting and management experience.
* UX & CRO.
Personal Skills:
* Strong communication skills.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability and desire to work with our core values.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
