*We are seeking a dedicated Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our specialist private client dispute team. This role offers the opportunity to handle challenging and rewarding work involving inheritance‑related disputes and estate litigation.
*Handle disputes including challenges to wills, Inheritance Act claims, executor/beneficiary disputes, and estate administration conflicts.
* Prepare legal documents including claim forms, witness statements, and mediation summaries.
* Maintain accurate and compliant case management and billing records.
* Undertake legal research and prepare clear written advice.
* Support business development and help expand the contentious probate offering.
*Qualified as a solicitor in England or Wales
