Position
Risk and Assurance Advisor– Strategy, Governance and Assurance team, full‑time, permanent.
Responsibilities
* Help enhance the culture of risk, fraud, Health & Safety and assurance awareness across the organisation.
* Lead the coordination and implementation of the risk management framework, delivering anti‑fraud, bribery, corruption and money laundering risk management activity.
* Identify and communicate emerging risks and fraud threats, and work with the business to ensure quality of operational and strategic risk registers and fraud risk assessments.
* Deliver assurance and resident‑led scrutiny programmes and undertake second‑line assurance activities such as testing of Health & Safety controls.
* Test internal controls, collaborate with the business, write reports, oversee fraud awareness campaigns, manage the fraud register and coordinate risk management activity.
* Deliver training on fraud, risk, and assurance, embedding Eastlight’s values into everything you do.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a second‑line role in risk management, assurance, or Health & Safety.
* Experience dealing with fraud, bribery, corruption and money laundering.
* Strong organisational and communication skills; proactive, detail‑focused, confident in challenging management when needed.
* Relevant qualifications desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
* £41,033 per annum
* Permanent contract, Full‑time
* Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double up to 5% of employee contribution – Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
