DescriptionAre you an experienced qualified senior support worker who is looking for a new adventure?Or are you an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager looking for more experience in a larger home.Then join our highly valued team and start a truly rewarding career!Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year. Sleep ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. You will support the manager in the day to day running of the home, mentoring the staffEpworth House is a beautiful three bedded home offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care.
