Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

Our Warehouse Team Members ensure accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents as well as efficient storage and useage of products under a FIFO process. A high attention to detail is required to make sure that stock accuracy and inventory is maintained. A responsible attitude is essential to maintain our high standards of Health & Safety,

Our Warehouse Team Members are required to have a Counterbalance license (RTITB) PPT licence.

Role Location - Hull, HU8 7DS

Your responsibilities

Team Members are recognised key players in a small team within the Warehouse environment responsible for:

1. loading and unloading all types of vehicles delivering on site
2. Use of hand scanners to register stock into our systems
3. Sample goods upon receipt and deliver to QC labs
4. Pick and dispense products for production in FIFO order
5. Ensure stock integrity and location accuracy
6. To ensure a high standard of service to production
7. Load finished products
8. Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents.
9. Health & Safety responsibilities eg, Near miss reporting
10. Maximising of packing line\process area efficiencies
11. Effective use of space for storage
12. Maintain Good Manufacturing and Warehousing Practices

The experience we're looking for

13. Counterbalance license (RTITB) PPT licence essential
14. Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party Logistics environment
15. Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment - preferred
16. Health and safety qualifications preferred but not essential (IOSH, First aid at work)
17. Ability to undertake NVQ based qualifications
