Sales Team Manager
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Hybrid - 3 days office
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
Performance based bonus
Responsibilities:
* To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents.
* Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
* Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
* General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation
* To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards.
* Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans.
* Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for senior management.
* To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2 years+ in a SALES TEAM MANAGER role
* Experience of running a successful sales team with individual team targets.
* Analytical with previous experience in preparation of sales plans and reports.
* Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen.
* Proven track record in key account acquisition.
* Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning and career development.
* Previous experience working within business development and/or account management.
* Track record of delivering results in fast paced, competitive industry.
* Understanding of CRM systems.
* Strong presentation skills
