As a Data Analyst at Trustpilot, you will collaborate with Trusties in our B2B product squads and spend your time digging through our data to provide them with data-driven insights, as well as analytics and dashboards/reporting. You're keen to contribute to the use data to answer their toughest questions, and you can proactively identify areas that need a little data support. You'll be an internal data consultant, with loads of amazing data in our data warehouse at your fingertips, working with analytical tools including BigQuery, Looker, Amplitude and DBT. As a B2B company, we've built a wonderful product, so that our customers can get the most out of Trustpilot by interacting with and learning from their own customer base. For this role, we need your contribution in running analyses, creating user funnels and running A/B tests, to roll out the best possible products and also understand how our customers currently use the platform. You'll be integral in identifying gaps in the product, to ensure the team deliver new and exciting features and assess the effectiveness of the current ones.
