About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Cardiff.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and address any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will offer expert advice on our products and services to our customers.
This role requires excellent customer care skills, as you will take the time to build rapport and understand our customers’ needs.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible shifts, which may include weekends, to ensure high-quality service for our customers.
About You
Applicants should have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement. Training will be provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses by BMW.
Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a customer service background. Knowledge of Kerridge is beneficial but not essential.
