These roles suit technically strong professionals with a background in piling design and ground engineering, where estimating and design are closely aligned. The Role Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: Preparation of tender designs and estimates for piled retaining walls and soil nailed slopes Ensuring tenders are produced in line with client requirements and internal procedures Securing profitable, strategically aligned work Supporting and developing client relationships from enquiry through to order and beyond Working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams Senior appointments will also involve oversight of workload, mentoring, and contributing to estimating strategy.
