*Day to day:*
Our Class 1 Trunk Drivers work as part of a busy 24/7 operational transport team responsible for the movement and unloading of healthcare waste between our Transfer Stations and Processing Plants. Working a 4on / 4off day shift pattern, you’ll act as a key point of contact with our internal customers, completing all associated paperwork and relevant documentation via a hand-held terminal.
*Shift Pattern:* 5weeks over 7
*Competitive Salary + Enhanced overtime rate at time and a half.*
*Requirements:*
* Relevant driving experience and Class 1 Licence (with C+E entitlement), as well as a Full Driver CPC and Digi Card, preferably linked to an ADR certificate - packages 6.1/ 6.2
* The ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work, involving the safe movement of large, wheeled units on and off vehicles.
* Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to interact at all levels, along with plenty of flexibility around working hours and a willingness to go that ‘extra mile.’
