Position Overview
You'll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The work is varied and stimulating, ranging from standard sales and purchases to more technical matters such as lease extensions, re-mortgages, and trust-related transactions. While you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, this is also a collaborative role, offering the chance to support and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
