Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Grow, lead, support, and motivate a high-performing residential sales team
* Drive business development and overall performance across the sales division
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and referral sources
* Generate new client instructions through effective pipeline management
* Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
* Support and develop team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching
* Ensure professional representation of the firm in all client interactions
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM and sales tracking systems
* Produce and monitor sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports
* Stay informed on company products, services, and industry developments
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills
* High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
