Overview
We are seeking a motivated, friendly and outgoing Outbound Sales Representative to join our small friendly office in Castle Donington. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and creating a pipeline of leads for our sales department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a confident, resilient nature.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups
* Utilise CRM software, to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring interested parties are prioritised.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
