We’re seeking an experienced QA & Release Manager to support a leading finance client specialising in low-latency trading. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant software releases within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead QA strategy, testing, and release management
* Own end-to-end release lifecycle and governance
* Drive CI/CD and automation improvements
* Troubleshoot and support deployments in Linux environments
* Ensure auditability, risk control, and production stability
Requirements:
* Proven QA & Release Management experience (financial services preferred)
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
* Understanding of compliance and change control processes
