Supporting children with a range of additionalneeds (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more)
Helping pupils access learning and buildindependence

Using patience, empathy, and creativity to helpstudents shine

What You'll Need
Experience working with children or vulnerableadults (school or non‑school settings welcome)
A caring, patient, adaptable approach
Confidence supporting students with a range ofneeds
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get onethrough Hays)
