* Specialist PMLD Teacher – Key Stage 4 (Long-Term/Autumn Term Start)
* Location: East London (nearest stations: Chadwell Heath or Goodmayes)
* Start: September 2025 (Autumn Term, likely extending further)
* Contract: Full-time | Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
We are currently seeking a compassionate, creative, and experienced Specialist PMLD Teacher to join a high-performing SEN setting catering for a Key Stage 4 group of 6–7 pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You’ll be leading a dedicated and highly trained support team of four Learning Support Assistants and delivering a play-based curriculum that focuses on holistic development and life skills.

Independence is at the heart of the curriculum, and pupils are supported to develop life skills that will prepare them for adulthood and their next destinations. What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in PMLD or complex SEND
* Experience in delivering creative, inclusive, and sensory-based learning
* Strong behaviour management and team leadership skills
* Someone passionate about fostering independence and communication in learners with complex needs
This is a rewarding role for someone who is ready to make a meaningful difference. The role is expected to run through the Autumn term, with a strong possibility of continuation beyond that.
