Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding football‑focused organisation. Due to continual growth, we are looking for a hands‑on, high‑energy, and highly driven Sales Team Leader to take ownership of a team of six sales and retention professionals based at their Alderley Edge HQ.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach and motivate a team of 6 Sales & Retention Executives in the UK with scope to grow into managing international teams across our international territories in: Dubai, Spain and Miami.
* Drive performance across sales, retention and customer experience KPIs.
* Motivate the team with energy, structure and daily momentum.
* Lead from the front when appropriate.
* Analyse data to improve results and team performance.
* Support with personal development, training and coaching sessions.
* Create a positive, high‑performing, target‑driven culture.
* Make a real impact in an organisation going through exciting growth.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Sales Team Leader or Retention Team Leader, ideally in a call centre or fast‑paced sales environment.
* Proven ability to drive performance and hit targets.
* Strong understanding of sales KPIs, retention metrics, and team management.
* Highly driven, motivated and confident in leading from the front.
* Hands‑on approach – willing to support the team with calls and coaching.
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and spot opportunities.
* Passion for sport or football is a bonus – but energy, leadership and resilience are the essentials.
What's In It for You?
* Up to £40,000 basic salary.
* An OTE of approximately £10k+ (although uncapped).
* Working hours: Mon‑Fri 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1 × 12 PM‑8 PM per week) | 1 out of 3 days on a Saturday (4 hours).
