The Role
Lead workstreams that bridge strategy, architecture and delivery, ensuring transformation is structured, aligned and deliverable.
What you’ll be doing
* Translate strategy into delivery approaches, roadmaps and workstreams
* Align strategy, operating model, architecture and execution
* Shape capability models, processes and system landscapes
* Lead workstreams across transformation programmes
* Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
* Manage risks, dependencies and priorities
* Support proposals, solution design and growth activity
* Contribute to internal methodologies and capability development

This role sits at the Senior Consultant level within PACT’s consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), combining delivery leadership with deeper expertise and team responsibility.
Requirements
* Experience in transformation, strategy delivery or consulting roles
* Experience leading workstreams within complex programmes
* Strong understanding of strategy, architecture and delivery alignment
* Ability to work across business, process and technology domains
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
* Higher education or transformation experience
* Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling
* Experience working with architects or large-scale programmes
