* Answering inbound calls
* Scanning PODs onto customer portals
* Providing proof of deliveries to customers
* Filing
* Checking purchase invoices
* Entering purchase invoices
* Raising sales orders
* General office administration
About You / Qualifications
* Previous administration experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Excellent telephone manner
* Team player
* Strong attention to detail
