Responsibilities
* Deliver effective and efficient practical and online assessment, supporting learners to develop commercial awareness, employability and enterprise skills.
* Ensure full compliance with all health and safety policies and practices relating to placements at all times.
* Develop partnerships with Early Years provisions, provide placement support for all students and undertake assessments in the workplace and in college, ensuring a professional image is portrayed at all times.
Qualifications
* Professional qualifications with a reputable awarding body or a recognised TDLB Assessor Award (D32, D33, A1), plus an Internal Verifier (IV) award.
* Level 6 qualification or above with an Early Years specialism.
* Recent experience in Early Years assessment, including the use of e‑portfolio systems, alongside current industry experience evidenced through CPD or recent practice in Early Years settings, including school provision (SEN desirable).
