Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver warm, high-quality care for children aged 05, promoting their safety, happiness, and well-being at all times.
2. Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with theEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
3. Observe and record childrens progress, ensuring clear and open communication with parents and carers.
4. Work closely with the management team to uphold nursery policies, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and your team through open, positive communication.
