• Assist with various production tasks, learning the process from start to finish.
• Learn the principles of efficient production processes and equipment operation.
• Develop strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Build teamwork and communication skills while working alongside experienced
professionals.
• Gain exposure to different aspects of the production cycle, from raw materials to
finished products.
• The successful candidates will undertake a 4 year apprenticeship programme, undertaking a BTEC Level 3 qualification in engineering, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Process Industry Operations via the local college.
Requirements
• A minimum 5 A-C grades at GCSE, including Math's, English and Science.
• A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
