Easthall Park Housing Association, Glasgow – community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. Own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner‑occupiers.
We have recently reset our Business Plan 2026-29; our vision is to make “Easthall Park a Great Place to Live”, which will guide and direct our work and services.
Overview
The position of Head of Finance & Corporate Services has been created due to the impending retirement of the current postholder. You will be a member of the senior management team, leading finance and corporate services to ensure robust financial management and delivery of corporate support services within the Association.
Responsibilities
* Lead finance and corporate services teams to ensure financial management and delivery of corporate support services.
* Shape organisational strategy and ensure financial viability and sustainability, implementing the operational work plan to achieve objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified and experienced finance professional with a track record of success in delivering finance and corporate services.
* Strong leadership skills with strategic qualities, dynamism, positivity, and a commitment to the Association’s values.
* Experience in a senior management role within a housing association or similar organisation is desirable.
