Role: Equine Insurance & Debt Administrator
Location: Wright and Morten, Somerford Park Clinic
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Handling and processing equine insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
* liaising with insurance companies, clients, and veterinary staff.
* Managing debt administration, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on payments.
* Maintaining accurate financial and client records.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries in a professional manner.
* Supporting general office administration as required.
Full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns: 8-4 pm, 9:30-5:30 pm, 9-5 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience essential.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Competent in basic IT systems and office software.
* Equine knowledge an advantage.
