Duties
* Assist in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Supervise and train staff, including bartenders and kitchen personnel, to maintain high standards of hospitality.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest experiences.
* Maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
* Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a skilled workforce.
* Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of bartending practices and food production techniques is preferred.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and staff alike.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
