Requirements of the Social Worker:
* Qualified social worker with completed ASYE, committed to best practice and supporting children and families
* Current Social Work England registration
* Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
* Ability to manage a complex and diverse caseload to required standards
* Confidence in analysis and decision-making to deliver effective social care
* Desire to develop social work expertise and support the Children's Trust improvement journey
