Admin assistant needed!!\n\n* Salary: £14.13 per hour\n* Location: Beverley Council Depot, HU17\n* Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm\n\nTill December 2025\n\nOverall Purpose: To undertake general administrative functions\n\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nUse of IT systems, including office and specific packages - word processing, data input and processing using spreadsheets, databases and bespoke IT packages.\nFiling, record keeping, dealing with post, scanning and processing work using document management systems.\nDealing with deliveries of goods and services, stationery and stock control, invoice and payment processing, payroll processing, billing and recharging, and use of procurement and financial systems (manual and IT).\nTelephone answering, dealing with correspondence, responding to customer enquiries and requests.\nReception duties.\nCheque handling, e-payments, banking income and reconciliation duties.\nTo support the wider team including the Streetscene Hub in meeting team objectives.\n\nEssential Criteria\n\n* Able to use English confidently to fulfil all spoken and written aspects of the role.\n* Able to use basic mathematics if required in the role\n* Able to demonstrate competent use of IT (eg Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet & Email)\n* Understands how to provide good c...
