Digital Signage Operations Manager – Team Leader

Job Description

A leading multichannel marketing services organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join its Digital Signage team.
This is a visible and active office-based role requiring excellent interpersonal, team leadership and supplier management skills.

The Operations Manager will oversee digital signage projects (including content creation and installations), ensuring seamless execution. The role involves managing resources, optimising processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the digital signage industry. Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Oversee planning and execution of digital signage projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including account direction, design, and technical teams—on project requirements
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular status meetings and provide stakeholder updates
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise productivity
Manage and allocate resources effectively
Streamline operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operational team
Set clear goals and deliver regular feedback
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement Essential Skills:

Proven experience managing operations within the digital signage or related industry
Strong project management capabilities (planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation)
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of developing high-performing teams
Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering satisfaction Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with digital signage technologies, software, and industry trends
In-depth understanding of the digital signage industry
Experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems
Ability to lead and manage change initiatives
