Join our team as a Parts Manager and put your forecasting expertise and commercial insight into action.

We're looking for someone to lead our spare parts function across the business, ensuring the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

In this role, you'll be responsible for forecasting demand, driving commercial sales opportunities, and managing the smooth day-to-day running of the spare parts function. Leading a small team (currently 1–2 operatives), you'll oversee stock accuracy, efficiency, and the professional presentation of our parts — both internally for colleagues and externally for customers.

You'll be based at our Head Office just outside York for 3 days per week and at our Scunthorpe warehouse for 2 days per week (with some flexibility).

Your Role:

* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to anticipate and meet parts demand.
* Liaise with suppliers about ordering parts to fulfil forecasted demand.
* List spare parts on websites and sales channels, including photographing and uploading accurate product details.
* Ensure website and system stock levels reconcile with physical stock.
* Handle escalated customer queries, using your technical knowledge to identify the right parts.
* Drive sales opportunities by improving listings and identifying commercial growth areas.
* Oversee the spare parts function including managing the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Control spare parts inventory to ensure stock levels are always accurate.
* Carry out people management responsibilities, including one-to-ones and team development.

Working Hours:

Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch). You'll be based at our Head Office just outside York for 3 days per week and at our Scunthorpe warehouse for 2 days per week (with some flexibility).
