The Director of Property will:
Develop and implement a healthcare estate strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive efficiency in estate and asset management.
Lead the Environmental Social Governance strategy, focusing on sustainability.
Ensure optimal functionality and safety across all sites.
Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
Oversee contract and lease negotiations.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Coordinate new site readiness for inspections.
