The Role As a Customer Service Assistant - Party Host, you'll be at the heart of the action-welcoming guests, hosting exciting kid's birthday parties, delivering delicious food to the lanes, and keeping the centre looking its best. You'll also be a friendly face for customer questions and spot opportunities to enhance their experience. You'll be involved in a range of departments, from hosting children's parties and overseeing the Laser Arena to managing Escape Room experiences and running karaoke rooms.
