JobPurposePayrollPractitioner ToprovidepayrollprojectsupportwithintheimplementationofanewSAPSuccessFactorspayrollsystem.KeytaskswillincludeUAT,parallelrunsupportandsupportintrainingandguidancecreation.ToassisttheSeniorPractitionersandPayrollManagerinmanagingthepayrollteamsservice. KeyResponsibilitiesPayrollPractitioner SupportthepayrollworkstreamintheBMSreplacementprogramme,implementingtheSAPSuccessFactorsacrosstheHRandPayrolllandscape. AssistingtheSeniorPractitionersinPayrollinthesupervisionandeffectivemanagementofPayrollservices.ThisincludesprovidingfirstlineguidanceandsupporttoPayrollAssistantsLevel1and2alongwiththeidentificationoftrainingneeds. Assistinginthefuturesystemroll-out,includingthesupportofchangemanagementactivities. Toassistintheprovisionofdocumentationandimplementationofnewguidance,policiesandprocedurestocomplywithCouncilpoliciesrelatingtotheSAPsystem. WorkcollaborativelywithcolleaguesintheBSCCompetencyCentre,ICT,FinanceandtheBSCprovidingcrossfunctionalsupporttomeetthechangesindemandandinidentifyingsystemandprocessimprovements.Providinganintegratedapproachacrossthesolutions. KeyAccountabilitiesPayrollPractitioner ProvidePayrollfunctionalexpertisewithintheERPmodules(PayrollSystem)inusetoconfirmandfulfilbusinessrequirementsdefinitionaspartoftheSAPimplementationPayrollworkstream. LiaisonwiththebusinessandexternalpartnerstoensurethemostefficientandeffectiveuseoftheERPsystemisbeingmade. ExperienceandSkills Strongpayrollexperience,ideallypreviousprojectexperience,SAPwouldbeanadvantage. Challengingandinquisitivemindsetforresolvingissues. Supportwithtrainingandguidanceforrollingoutnewsystemsandprocesses.
