The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with key pharmacy, wholesale, and retail healthcare partners across the UKI markets. This role drives growth for BD Rowa automation solutions, executes marketing initiatives, ensures high-quality customer engagement, and supports teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the full solution lifecycle.
Key Account Specialist
The Key Account Specialist will act as a central connector between customers, sales, marketing, service, and internal commercial teams to ensure that BD Rowa maintains strong market visibility, performance, and customer satisfaction. This field‑based role is based in the middle of the UK.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts across pharmacy groups, wholesalers, retail chains, and independent top‑tier customers.
* Identify customer needs and opportunities to position BD Rowa’s value proposition effectively.
* Lead account planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
* Maintain regular customer meetings to support engagement, retention, and growth.
* Support the sales team with lead qualifications, preparation of proposals, product information, and follow‑ups.
* Coordinate product demonstrations, site visits, and digital presentations with the broader sales organisation.
* Ensure CRM data accuracy, track progress, and support efficient sales operations.
* Support the execution of UK marketing campaigns in alignment with the regional marketing strategy.
* Assist in planning and delivering events, exhibitions, customer days, webinars, and digital campaigns.
* Support marketing materials for the UK market when required.
* Monitor market trends and gather competitive insights to support strategic planning.
* Attend events and exhibitions with the wider Pharmacy Automation team.
* Work closely with installation, service, and customer care teams to ensure seamless delivery and after‑sales experience.
* Provide support on after sales service.
* Collaborate with teams to support quotations, contracts, ordering processes, and compliance.
* Provide insights to the Business Leader to support decision‑making and resource planning.
* Serve as the first point of contact for non‑technical customer queries for assigned accounts.
* Support customers through process steps such as purchasing, documentation, and communication during installation phases.
* Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and elevate issues appropriately.
* Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on account performance and pipeline activities.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities.
Qualifications
* Experience in key account management, sales coordination, or commercial/marketing support—ideally within healthcare, med‑tech, pharmacy, or technology sectors.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft 365 tools.
* Experience supporting marketing or campaign execution is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary
Salary range: £32,000 - £40,000 + bonus + benefits
