Junior Physiotherapist (Bank)

Responsibilities
* Assist in the provision of physiotherapy intervention to patients, prioritising referrals and implementing effective caseload management.
* Conduct assessment and diagnosis of patients with physical and emotional needs.
* Formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensuring effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge.
* Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards.
* Maintain compliance with all professional, clinical and governance standards, and participate in audit and quality assurance processes.
* Utilise working hours with full clinical treatments where possible.
* Follow procedures for referring patients to and from the clinic correctly.
* Accurately maintain clinical records in accordance with legal requirements.
* Embed Clinical Governance and risk management in daily practice.
* Provide and receive patient information, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and Spire policies.
* Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
Qualifications
* Degree (BSc Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
* HPC Registered.
Experience
* Evidence of substantial CPD in management and other clinically related subjects.
* Previous experience working in the private healthcare sector.
* Experience managing clinical audits.
