Join Our Team as a Framework Manager!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in delivering essential infrastructure works? As a Framework Manager within the Amplify Alliance, you will be at the forefront of exciting projects in a Joint Venture between Network Plus and Envolve. Your work will span across various Clean and Waste Water activities, including Storm Overflow Works, Mains Renewals, and Pump Station Upgrades, covering beautiful locations like Bristol, Bournemouth, Devon, and Surrey.
Your mission? To ensure the operational and financial performance of our contracts while delivering safe, timely, and efficient results that exceed customer expectations. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals, from meeting contract KPIs to managing capital delivery programs.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations.
* Assess subcontractors and direct labor for health and safety competence before work begins.
* Identify operational risks and prepare site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
* Lead design reviews and HAZOPs to ensure project safety compliance.
Financial & Commercial Performance
* Drive financial performance to align contract P&L with forecasts.
* Oversee cost management, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Lead Contract Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and estimating reviews for robust financial control.
* Ensure compliance with client authorization requirements and internal quality systems.
* Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiating terms and conditions effectively.
Operational Management & Programme Delivery
* Deliver capital projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
* Oversee design reviews to ensure compliance with engineering and contractual specifications.
* Control documentation from start to finish, ensuring efficient back-office support.
* Align project delivery with strategic objectives, tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
* Support the growth of personnel within your area.
* Conduct regular team briefings to ensure effective two-way communication.
* Provide strong leadership in change management, identifying barriers and driving solutions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while upholding contractual conditions.
* Act as a key player in business development through client interface and governance.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improvements.

Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing high-value capital delivery programmes.
* Extensive knowledge of forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting, including CVRs.
* Experience in estimating reviews, design reviews, and HAZOPs.
* Management of subcontractors within complex infrastructure projects.
* Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a high-volume contract environment.
* Commercial and operational management of contracts valued at £50m+ per annum.
* Track record of identifying and resolving process and performance gaps.
