* Empowered leadership: Work under a Sales Director who values autonomy, collaboration, and fresh ideas. No micromanagement you’ll be trusted to deliver, supported when needed, and expected to take ownership.
* Diverse portfolio: From architectural and exterior lighting to EV charging and energy solutions, you’ll be consulting with clients across multiple sectors: commercial offices, sports facilities, education, urban spaces, landscape design, and more.
* Design support: You’ll have an in-house lighting designer to collaborate with, freeing you to focus on building relationships and delivering solutions.

What You will work on

* Building relationships with architects, M&E consultants, and specifiers, driving projects from concept through to completion. You should own strong client relationships and have immediate access to decision-makers.
* Mapping the market, generating a pipeline, and representing the brand across your network.
* Identifying opportunities not just in lighting, but across EV charging and energy solutions.
* Leveraging your sector expertise whether it’s stadiums, airports, commercial offices, or industrial projects to open doors and build business focus around your strengths. We will work around you.

What We’re Looking For

* A specification sales professional with a track record of success and strong industry connections.
* Someone with long-term career stability, ambition, and the ability to spot opportunities.
* Knowledge of lighting design systems (advantageous) but with full support from an in-house designer.
* Ideally based in Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, or Liverpool (but flexible for the right candidate).

Package & Progression

* Commission: 45% of base (quarterly & annual split)
* Huge career progression as the UK lighting business scales.
