Probate Solicitor
Location: St Helens | Full-time | Hybrid after probation

We're seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Fee Earner or STEP‑qualified practitioner confident in handling complex probate, trusts and estate planning matters. You'll manage your own files, work autonomously, and support junior team members as the department expands.
What you'll be doing:
* Running your own varied caseload of probate and estate administration
* Drafting Wills, LPAs, trusts and tax‑efficient planning documents
* Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
* Providing compassionate support to elderly and vulnerable clients
* Ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client care
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' PQE or STEP qualification (full or part)
* Strong experience in complex estates and trusts
* Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
* A supportive, proactive, detail‑driven approach
