As an Entertainment Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our entertainment lineup - overseeing organisation, logistics, and daily operations to bring the magic to life!
Working with the Head of Activities, you’ll motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional experiences while continuously raising the bar. This role is all about making memories that last a lifetime… and it just might be the opportunity of a lifetime for you, too!
Key Accountabilities
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
* Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
* Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
* Training and Development: Support staff development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.
Requirements

* Have previous leadership experience within the entertainment industry.
* Proven ability to plan and coordinate events and productions.
* Possess a thorough knowledge of leadership attributes.
* Be able to cope under pressure and adapt to changes.
* Prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Be a high-energy individual passionate about entertainment.
* Be committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Work 5 or 6 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
Successful candidates will need to provide ‘right to work’ documents to confirm they are 18+ and legally able to work in the UK. Additionally, an Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to starting.
