Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in an IT Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, or similar support role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies Proven experience delivering 1st and 2nd Line Support Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, and wireless networking Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests Experience working within a structured IT support environment Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to company sites when required Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to customer support Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support to users across the business Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Support and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments Manage and support the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Assist with user account administration, permissions, and access management Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues Escalate complex issues where required and work with third-party suppliers Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and service records Technologies: Azure Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Mobile Network SharePoint TCP/IP Windows Office 365 Cloud More: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team and support users across multiple sites.
