Customer Service Advisor at Brett Martin Ltd. Location: Brett Martin Daylight Systems, Sanford Close, Aldermans Green Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver expert support and swift, complete resolutions.
* Customer Interaction & Enquiries – Proactively manage multi-channel customer enquiries, aiming for complete and timely responses within KPI targets, and strive for first contact resolution.
* Order Management – Accurately process customer orders into the system and issue order confirmations within defined KPI timeframes, maintaining a right-first-time ethos.
* Complaint Resolution & Claims Handling – Take ownership of customer complaints from recording to resolution, delivering outcomes within KPI targets and managing expectations with transparency and care. Facilitate claims and credits as needed.
* Relationship Management – Build strong, lasting customer relationships by delivering consistently professional and courteous service, reinforcing trust and loyalty.
* Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
* Data Protection Compliance – Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations, upholding confidentiality and integrity in all customer and business data handling.
* Company Values & Leadership – Model Brett Martin’s customer-first values and foster a culture of excellence across interactions.
* Ad-Hoc Support – Provide flexible support to wider business needs, including reception cover and other duties contributing to day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Logical, efficient and effective problem solver
* Excellent time management skills
* Previous customer service experience in a high-pressure setting
* Ability and willingness to learn
* Totally customer focused and able to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
Desirable
* Experience or knowledge of industrial, construction or manufacturing industries
* Awareness of Lean Six Sigma principles
* Export experience
