Are you a commercially focused qualified Senior Finance Business Partnering?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading Manufacturing business, working closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, and engineering teams to drive business performance and deliver strategic insight.
The Role As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will take a highly visible role at the heart of the business. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing robust financial analysis and commercial support to influence decision-making, improve profitability, and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with commercial, operations, engineering, and product management teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
Delivering detailed margin, customer, and product profitability analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting pricing, bids, and contracts with robust financial evaluation.
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
Driving process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring strong financial controls.
Supporting year-end processes, cost audits, and liaising with external auditors.
Supervising and developing a cost accountant.
The Candidate We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who has good commercial finance or business partnering experience.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in manufacturing or product-focused environments.
Strong product costing and pricing knowledge, ideally within a standard costing environment.
Excellent ERP experience, with SAP preferred.
Advanced Excel modelling skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
