Pertemps is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team at Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most respected and recognisable organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
Your Role
* Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
* Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
* Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
* Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Requirements
* Previous admin or office experience.
* Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other Information:
* Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.
* Pay Rate: £12.21 with the option of weekly or monthly pay.
* Duration of Assignment: 6-8 weeks with possible extension.
