Job Description Date(s): Wednesday1st July - Monday 27th July Time: Shifts vary, shift patterns below Location: ARU Writtle Pay: £13.45 p/h Role: To assist the Catering Manager and team with the provision of food, beverage and hospitality services. Hours: Vary each week. You will be allocated all your shifts for the month. Shift examples: 17:00 - 20:00, 07:00 - 10:00, 12:00 - 20:00 Weekend Shifts available too! Duties include: Prepare simple food items. Wash and clean catering equipment and utensils, and clean restaurant and coffee bar areas according to schedules. Serve food and beverages in the restaurant, outlets, venues and other designated areas. Operate cash tills at point of sale. Transport, deliver and store food, beverages and associated catering items according to the Catering Manager's instructions. Ensure that correct clean protective clothing is worn at all times. Ensure that all hygiene and safety regulations are observed and maintained at all times. Open/close cafes ensuring keys are secured at the end of service. Assist the Supervisor/Manager in routine tasks and perform these tasks in their absence.
