We are seeking a passionate English teacher to work in a secondary school in the Tadcaster area. We are open to both early career teachers and experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Tadcaster Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
* Support students' academic and personal development through individualised instruction and guidance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
