Job Title: Commercial Manager, Power Solutions
Job Category: Sales
Primary Purpose
Responsible for driving HYG field teams and dealers in the sales execution of the EMEA Power Solutions strategy, including traditional battery technologies and emerging, future technologies, delivered through both factory-fitted and aftersales supply and service programs.
Success is measured against HYG's AOP revenue, margin, dealer adoption rates for current and new technologies, and customer satisfaction with the technological and commercial propositions.
The incumbent should provide informed recommendations to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and innovative solutions to maintain HYG's market leadership in Power Solutions.
Key Accountabilities
* Responsibility for sales of all Power Solutions products and services through all channels.
* Support and drive HYG dealer-facing field teams and dealers in selling Power Solutions products and services.
* Assist in Major Accounts bid and sales processes.
* Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends, customer needs, pricing, and technological advances.
* Manage relationships with key suppliers.
Knowledge Required
* BA/BSc degree in a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
* 3-5 years of sales experience within MHE, energy solutions, or comparable industries preferred.
* Understanding of the complexities of independent distribution networks in an international business context.
* Experience with established and alternative energy solutions, e.g., hydrogen fuel cells.
* Product, application, and technical knowledge.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
