Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The Job youll do
1. Reviewing and managing project orders in line with contract and quality procedures.
2. Producing and controlling documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
3. Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and revision controls.
4. Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and reporting accordingly.
5. Coordinating third-party inspections and supporting quality processes.
6. Assisting with shipping documentation and export liaison.
7. Preparing invoice packages to help secure timely payment.
8. Providing technical and commercial support to customers, suppliers, and overseas offices.
9. Supporting KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
