Offer description

Assisting with a portfolio of payrolls for clients at our firm.

Minimum Requirements:

* Over 10 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping.
* Expert knowledge of payroll processing and auto-enrolment.
* Proficiency in Excel is essential.
* Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT return preparation.
* Experience with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
* Knowledge of CIS.
* Effective communication skills (phone, email, letter).
* Ability to review and control work in progress (chargeable time).
* Experience managing deadlines.
* Capability to manage a team of staff and support their development.

Additional useful skills include previous use of Moneysoft payroll and practice experience, which are highly desirable but not essential. Must be able to handle a large client portfolio.
