This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineering leader with strong knowledge of middle and back-office systems, particularly within environments supporting private credit, bonds, or broader fixed income products.
The Role
* Lead and scale engineering teams responsible for building and enhancing core middle and back-office platforms
* Own the architecture and delivery of systems covering data management, workflows, and operational controls
* Drive platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory readiness across critical systems
* Partner closely with Product, Operations, and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into robust technology solutions
* Mentor senior engineers and engineering managers while embedding strong delivery standards and technical discipline
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrated senior leadership experience within C# engineering environments
* Strong understanding of middle and back-office investment platforms
* Experience working with private credit, fixed income, bonds, or related asset classes
* Track record of delivering data-intensive, workflow-driven platforms within regulated financial environments
* Ability to align technical strategy with business needs and client requirements
